We are a founding team that has done this before, and we believe AI has created a once-in-a-generation opportunity to transform how companies understand, execute, and demonstrate compliance.

The Role

Few categories of this scale have yet to have their AI moment. Compliance is one of them. We have spent months under wraps building an ambitious product that will define this market. Now we are building out the initial commercial team to go capture it.

We have design partners and early customers eager to get their hands on the product, and real momentum behind us. Your job is to go out and win — finding, engaging, and closing the customers that will define what Freda becomes. In doing so, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market motion from the ground up, and the commercial playbook you help build will be foundational to how Freda grows.

Location

We have global ambitions from day one. We are hiring a commercial team to cover the Nordics, the UK, DACH, and France — and we are open to people working from our Stockholm office and travelling frequently, or being based in their local market.
