For the first time, compliance can be truly automated — continuously understood, executed, and demonstrated by design. That is what Freda is built to do. As Engagement Manager, you will get into the weeds with customers — understanding their compliance challenges, structuring the work, and driving change across a wide stakeholder landscape. This is a hands-on role: you are in the room, thinking strategically about where Freda can have the most impact, and making sure that value materializes. You will carry multiple accounts at once, building the engagement playbook as you go. Everything you learn will feed directly into how we build the product.
You are structured and rigorous, comfortable with complexity, and someone who follows through. You earn trust quickly across a wide range of stakeholders and you know how to keep things moving without losing people along the way. A background in law, compliance, or regulated industries is a genuine advantage, but not a requirement. We are primarily looking for sharp judgment and the ability to get things done in a fast-moving environment.

We have global ambitions from day one. We are hiring a commercial team to cover the Nordics, the UK, DACH, and France — and we are open to people working from our Stockholm office and travelling frequently, or being based in their local market.
